jilidaily Terms & Conditions

Your access to and use of the jilidaily Platform is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and others who access or use the Platform. By registering an account on jilidaily, clicking "I Agree," or otherwise accessing the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, understand them, and agree to be bound by them.

jilidaily reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms, together with any additional terms, conditions, rules, and policies applicable to specific services offered on the jilidaily Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and jilidaily with respect to the subject matter hereof.

To register and use the jilidaily Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. In the Philippines, the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling activities is 21 years. jilidaily strictly enforces this requirement and will not knowingly permit any person under 21 years of age to register or play on the Platform.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or agent of jilidaily, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the jilidaily Platform or any other gaming platform for violations of terms of service.

jilidaily reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you are unable to provide satisfactory verification documents, jilidaily may suspend or permanently close your account and withhold any funds pending investigation. We take underage gambling extremely seriously and cooperate fully with Philippine authorities on any related matters.

To access the full features of the jilidaily Platform, you must register a player account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid contact number and email address.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the jilidaily Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilidaily login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your jilidaily account and not reuse passwords from other services.
• Never share your jilidaily login credentials with any other person.
• Notify jilidaily immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• Ensure that you log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

jilidaily will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified us of a security breach in accordance with the above.

All financial transactions on the jilidaily Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jilidaily supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at jilidaily's discretion.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit, subject to applicable payment provider limits.
• Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your jilidaily account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect.
• jilidaily does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which jilidaily bears no responsibility.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification.
• Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya for verified accounts are typically processed within five (5) minutes to two (2) hours. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) banking days.
• jilidaily reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. We will notify you if additional verification is required.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your jilidaily account. jilidaily will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

jilidaily offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General bonus terms applicable to all jilidaily promotions include:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless otherwise stated, each player is entitled to claim each promotion only once. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times through the use of multiple accounts or other means constitutes fraud.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jilidaily reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the applicable promotion terms. Expired bonuses will be forfeited without compensation.
• Game Restrictions: Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements or may be excluded from bonus play entirely. Please refer to the specific promotion terms for details.
• Abuse: jilidaily reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms.

jilidaily reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, subject to the applicable wagering requirements.

All games available on the jilidaily Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of any discrepancy between the game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the game rules specifically address the matter in question.

jilidaily is committed to providing a fair gaming environment. All games on the Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, are conducted by trained dealers under controlled conditions. Game outcomes are determined solely by chance and are not influenced by jilidaily or any third party.

• jilidaily reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or human error has affected the outcome.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed according to the game's rules. jilidaily is not responsible for losses resulting from disconnections caused by your internet service provider or device.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. jilidaily reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, exploits, or any other means is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

You agree that you will not, under any circumstances, engage in any of the following prohibited conduct on the jilidaily Platform:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are legally prohibited from gambling in your jurisdiction.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors must be reported to jilidaily and will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jilidaily staff, support agents, or other players.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to jilidaily's systems, servers, or databases.
• Reproducing, duplicating, copying, selling, or exploiting any portion of the jilidaily Platform without express written permission.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable.

The jilidaily Platform, including but not limited to its design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game content, and all other materials, is the exclusive property of jilidaily and its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jilidaily Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the jilidaily Platform.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use any jilidaily trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of jilidaily's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and applicable law, and may result in civil and criminal liability.

The jilidaily Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilidaily shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service thereon.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Any technical failures, including server downtime, network outages, or software errors beyond jilidaily's reasonable control.

In no event shall jilidaily's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilidaily account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jilidaily is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. We provide a range of tools to help you manage your gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. By using the jilidaily Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

jilidaily reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7 of these Terms.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a court order or regulatory directive requiring exclusion.
• Inactivity of your account for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.

Upon termination of your account for cause, jilidaily reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a violation of these Terms, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements and deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations.

You may close your jilidaily account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any verified balance will be returned to you following completion of the closure process.

jilidaily reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify registered players of material changes by posting a notice on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also send a notification to your registered email address.

Your continued use of the jilidaily Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 of these Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly to stay informed of any updates. jilidaily recommends that you check this page each time you access the Platform.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and jilidaily arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. You may contact jilidaily's support team to initiate this process.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.
